About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems using machine learning and generative AI technologies. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on development experience, and the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy ML and Generative AI models (LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems)
Build end-to-end AI pipelines: data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
Work with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) for scalable AI solutions
Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs
Optimize model performance, cost, and latency
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and data privacy
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Experience with SQL and data processing pipelines
Familiarity with MLOps (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD)
Cloud experience (GCP preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases
Knowledge of LangGraph / agentic workflows
Experience in healthcare, retail, or enterprise AI use cases
Prior startup or consulting experience
